The only reason I would not rate it as excellent was the customer service guy. He is rude! I was there at 8:57 and he said he does not start until 9:00. He sat at his desk for three minutes and then began to help me. There were others waiting to be helped and he was short with his answers. It would have been so easy for him to be pleasant.
GINNA MDon’t charge two trucks for one rental and when asked for a refund for the first truck, wait for long period of time for the refund.
