I delt with 4 staff members. The guy at the front desk was very nice but not very knowledgeable, it took him a while to figure out what some of the charges were which made me think I was getting scammed. And he couldn't even drive the trucks he was selling. I called back and the man who picked up the phone was so rude and unprofessional. When I dropped off the truck the main building to U-Haul was locked, a van was parking the the middle of the driveway and the driveway exit wasn't plowed. I called the u-haul office and a guy picked up and came out of the next building to move his van. and the guy told me to gun it through the snow bank, onto memorial so I could back it up into the parking spot. Which would have been very unsafe due to traffic. His advice made me wonder if he wanted me to damage the truck so he could charge me more. He kept giving unclear and unwanted advice after that as well. I had to trust that this was the man to give my keys to as he answered the phone and as I stated the office door was locked and no one was inside. I then got a phone call asking if I had returned the truck or not. How does the company not know? It's a really big truck Overall the experience was really sketchy and uncomfortable the whole time. The guy at the front desk was at least very nice and friendly. If he's new at the job I imagine that he will get more knowledge with time. But he needs to build up his knowledge base.

They still haven't sent me the rest of my money. They haven't contacted me at all. They charged me $30 for gas just for 3km drive.
ALI FWorst experience till date, the owner was ok while talking about reservation but the employee was pretty rude and have no customer service experience. His name was Nahid. Unprofessional and making silly excuses at the time of issuing truck. Never ever gonna book u haul from this location in future.
