The trailer I needed was stuck behind a bunch of non running vans and other trailers that I personally had to move to get to the one I wanted. The snow was not cleared on the lot so it was hard to manoeuvre and the tongue of the trailer was bent about a foot out.
JOHN FOriginal drop off spot had impossible le/unsecured hours for working people, so we dropped here. They couldn't/wouldnt accept trailer until we called customer service to change drop off location. **Still waiting for $60.00 deposit to be refunded.
