There is no parking on site if you need to leave a vehicle. Had to park on the street where there at most 5 parking spaces at the curb. A little spot for short term (a day or two) parking would be an additional benefit.

There's a gated storage area sittng empty and not much parking for POVs while using UHAUL. Add about 5 more parking spaces and your store will reach its full potential. Matt, the clerk gets an A+ in customer service. PTK

I’m happy with this location but.... u haul reservation process is flat out horrible! I reserved a u haul on 4/8/18 to pick up on 4/20/18. I show up to the hillsboro, or store where I was scheduled to pick up and it’s not there!!! What the heck. I guess reserving a U-Haul does not guarantee you get one. Very very pissed off at this company. Somehow a person at the hillsboro store located a truck for me but guess what? Now I get to drive 30 minutes the wrong way to get a truck that was supposed to be ready to go in hillsboro. By the way this is the 2nd time this has happens to me in 2 years. On a 0-10 scale I give U-Haul a big fat 0. Never going back

I felt the truck maintenance was not up to par. We needed the truck to drive cross country from Oregon to Ohio. The truck only had 20% oil life remaining when we started the trip and was at 0% a third of the way into the trip. Another issue we encountered was the washer fluid froze when the temperature was 20 degrees and we had to pull off the highway several times to clean the windshield.

I will never recommend uhaul to anyone. I made a reservation, online and over a week in advance, for a 26' truck to be picked up at 7:30 am, at the Tigard, OR location. I got an email confirmation that my reservation was set. When I went to pick up the truck yesterday, at the tigard location, they informed me my reservation had been moved to the Tualatin location. Upon my arrival at the Tualatin location I was then informed my reservation had been moved to 12:30 pm. Although the manager at the Tualatin location was very helpful I was not able to pick up a truck at that location. I had to drive back to the Tigard location and settle for a 20' foot truck. By the time I was able to get a truck it was almost 9:00 am and I was late meeting the movers at my residence. I could understand better if this was a one time occurrence but the exact same thing happened to my brother in law 3 weeks ago, in Idaho! To say I am displeased with Uhaul would be an understatement. There was absolutely no communication, as my reservation was changed, or at any point was my approval sought for those changes. As a customer, the expectations are to get what you pay for not to be run around and have to settle for less because of time constraints. You really need to take a look at your online reservation service. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone in the future.

The customer service and help was fantastic. So no problems there. However, we were frustrated with our trailer. Our trailer’s door kept getting jammed and my boyfriend had to force and pry to get it to shut every time. It was a safety concern and my boyfriend did injure himself. Luckily, it was a few deep bruises but making sure that doors are working properly will definitely help in the future

It was confusing to try and check the truck in after hours . I started the process the 13th around 7:00 pm on the 13th of April and never was able to get on line to fill out the forms.

I called and left a message for the manager to explain that my experience was so bad, that on Tuesday I drove 6.5 hours to buy a trailer so that I never have to go thru that again. He did not even bother calling me back.

Rented here many times. This time customer service was NOT a priority. It took 45 minutes to rent a trailer that I had reserved online and I processed their "quick" checkout. Should have taken 15 minutes tops. The fellow who hooked up the trailer was brand new and obviously NEVER hooked one up before. He said someone was supposed to be showing him, but that person had "disappeared" Then when I finally was hooked up and went back in there was a line of 4 people waiting for the ONE agent. He said another agent would be there in "Two Minutes". 20 minutes later another age showed up but spent the next five minutes saying goodbye to the person she had been talking to.
