My pick up location was changed from London to Tillsonburg less than 24 hours before my pick up time and when I called uhaul helpline hoping to get some extra miles added because the new pick up is 74 kms away from where I live, the first representative was straight rude and did not want to listen however the next representative was empathetic but not very helpful either. When we pay $250 for just one day I expect the service to be better and customers to be valued.

The online check in process wouldn't work with my Samsung 4. Your tech won't accommodate older smart phones. That cost me 2 hours. That's a tech issue. The people were great, and your online people were fantastic as well.

Michelle KI would not recommend Uhaul to anyone who is looking for reliability and consistency. If it’s a last minute thing and a truck is available, I would imagine things work half ass’d. Do not make a plan because Uhaul will screw it up.
