Representative at Halls was not helpful. Never logged the trailer return. Also i called Elmira Heights location to notify them and they did nothing. Finally, i received call later in the day from u haul asking me if I had returned the trailer and had to explain to them that it was dropped off before the agreed upon time.
FREDERICK LThere was a little bit of a problem with checking in .I did it online ,was renting it for my dad,it was under his name but somehow all of my info came up when trying to check it in ....finally after what seemed forever got it cleared up ...then when we went to the vehicle we noticed no "hand truck" inside,had clearly rented one online ...so had to go back to the store to report that....just overall very time consuming but otherwise good experience.
