The person behind the counter was clearly annoyed that I was returning a vehicle. Was not welcoming and made it seem like we were a bother to him to process it.

Penny JStop using PC Miler for mileage estimation. PC Miler is fully inaccurate, it's not point to point & ALWAYS short, sometimes quite a bit. I'll be rethinking my next rentals.
