Stop using PC Miler for mileage estimation. PC Miler is fully inaccurate, it's not point to point & ALWAYS short, sometimes quite a bit. I'll be rethinking my next rentals.
NIELS FThe added bother of taking pictures of the connection taking pictures of my drivers license and other things or persuading me to purchase a new trailer and never use U Haul again too many rules no easy way to set up accounts not very happy with the current insurance driven business rules

CHRISTOPHER YRepresentative at Halls was not helpful. Never logged the trailer return. Also i called Elmira Heights location to notify them and they did nothing. Finally, i received call later in the day from u haul asking me if I had returned the trailer and had to explain to them that it was dropped off before the agreed upon time.
