Nothing you guys you are amazing
CHARLES IWe were overcharged by over 25 dollars we took pics of the odometer and gas and was charged for more then 7 miles
Alisha RHorrible customer service! The person at this location is not actually there physically he is at his house next door and never comes out to help! He doesn't answer his phone and this last time I rented from this location he wouldnt come out to open the truck for me to take pictures of the dash board. He instead said he would do it himself and now Iam being charged 238! Because he never did anything! This is ridiculous.
Biridiana LEnsure that the vehicles maintenance is maintained. We received a vehicle and the battery was no good. We had to call a toe truck company for a jump and it was a huge inconvenience. No Dollys are available at this location either and it doesn’t specify that or as customers it shouldn’t allow us to check out the items online if they are not available at the location(s).
