JERRY BThis location was fine but the rest of my experience was awful. I originally made a reservation at another location but he said that the system went down at some point and he no longer had my reservation. He had to make a new reservation for me at this location. When I finally arrived they had the truck but no furniture dolly. The furniture dolly was selected as an option in my reservation and it wasn't there. I ended up taking the truck and this all set me back about an hour when we had plans for the rest of the day based on a schedule that was made in advance. There seem to be some "gotcha" items in the contract and I'll probably look elsewhere for my next move.
ALEXANDER DI gave the key to the attendant and asked if I needed ro sign anything and she said no. She was nice, but I wish we could have went over billing information and noticed that there were flaws, which the information was supplied by another location; the billing issues were not her fault.
