You should advise the customer ahead of time that checkin is required from the customer in the U-Haul app. Also, advise the customer that a trailer light adapter is likely required since a four pin flat plug doesn’t work with most modern vehicles.
JEREMY SThe first truck I received had a dead battery, so they put me in another truck. That truck was infested with ant inside and out. I brought this to the attention of the store, as well as Uhaul company when I dropped the truck off.
LACY SWorst experience renting a trailer in 25+ years renting with U-Haul! Location didn’t check equipment, offer to help hookup, verify I had the correct unit or even tell me where to drop it back off when I was done. The rep was short and rude. Put off I was there to rent a trailer not by a golf cart. Will never use u haul again if this is the only location available with a trailer I need!
