so far as of 9:45am on 6/8/25, I have been billed to my credit card the WRONG amount twice! I was billed the estimate, before I completed the use of the vehicle, which was then correctly determined to be a lesser amount and received my e-receipt for the lesser amount. So I am hoping this is all corrected very soon so I don't have to go through the credit card dispute process.

DONA KTruck was dirty both inside and out. The equipment I reserved to help with my move was unavailable so I had to spend time contacting U-Haul and driving to another location to pick up the equipment.

JEAN AEmployee working front desk was incredibly rude and short with us, the truck was damaged in several places, and my reservation was screwed up and sent to a location almost 40 minutes out of the way. Get your shit together.
