MICHAEL WI called like I was advised to keep uhaul an extra 2 hours, only kept it ONE extra hour and they charged my card without informing me of the charges for $63 Ridiculous and going to fight a regular d on this
RANDI CAnswered "no" on helpful personnel only because they were unexpectedly closed so I did not interact with anyone at the drop-off location. I did contact U-Haul Customer Service and they were very helpful after a couple conversations.
