My original reservation was for pickup and drop off to be in Holton, KS. This was changed and I had to pickup and drop off in Topeka which added to unnecessary mileage I didn't need. The location was also difficult due to the small parking lot and a gas station. This made navigating a bigger vehicle such as a uhaul challenging with multiple cars coming and going, gas pumps, and an extremely small drive through around the building with no other ways in or out. The customer service inside was great and friendly but the overall experience was less than I expected and just added to the stress of the move. Thank you

Ordered an appliance dolly with the truck no appliance dolly. Truck was out of gas they put $10 in the problem was the gas tank was leaking took for ever just to actually get a truck that would work

ALISSA WI recently rented a U-Haul for my move, and overall the experience was decent but had some drawbacks. The truck was reliable and had plenty of room, which made the actual moving process much easier. The pickup experience was frustrating as I had to deal with two incompetent individuals who ignored me for the first 5 minutes of me showing up as they were too busy playing on their phones. It was also infuriating that I had to drive 45 mins to pickup my truck even though I requested my reservation in my town. They did give me free miles to cover that but having to waste my time there & back as well as having to spend even more money on that gas guzzling truck didn’t sit right with me. Overall, experience was okay & it got the job done minus some early hiccups.
