My original reservation was for pickup and drop off to be in Holton, KS. This was changed and I had to pickup and drop off in Topeka which added to unnecessary mileage I didn't need. The location was also difficult due to the small parking lot and a gas station. This made navigating a bigger vehicle such as a uhaul challenging with multiple cars coming and going, gas pumps, and an extremely small drive through around the building with no other ways in or out. The customer service inside was great and friendly but the overall experience was less than I expected and just added to the stress of the move. Thank you
MISTY FOrdered an appliance dolly with the truck no appliance dolly. Truck was out of gas they put $10 in the problem was the gas tank was leaking took for ever just to actually get a truck that would work
