Rude staff on the phone. Asked me to change drop off location here and said they would provide me with compensation, nothing was provided.

JAEHO YNothing, really...very helpful. I wish U Haul told me that FREE STORAGE is UPSTAIRS...then perhaps I would have used my company warehouse instead. Now I am stuck trying to get all my stuff...up and down the stairs.
HYUN-UK JMy entire experience was convenient, fast and smooth. She answered all my questions thoroughly and was also accomodating withn reason. The only thing Id suggest is to provide atleast one or two antibacterial wipes for the client. Apart from that, the customer service rep for that location was wonderful. Id definitely book again with them.
