The attendant was excellent as was our UHaul renting experience. The location was in a bit of a sketchy part of town - that is the only issue - otherwise our rental experience was terrific. Thank you!

HALIM EThe attendant was soo rude They gave me contradictory information before and after pickup which resulted in me being charged for fuel. Also he missed my contact when entering my details as such he couldn’t reach me when he wanted to and scolded and raised his voice on me when I returned the truck. The experience there was very terrible.

CLAUDIO SA few hours after I returned the van, an employee from the store called my cell number (from the uhaul booking) accusing me of taking some chocolate bars from the store. As he started looking more into it he realized that the person of interest wasn't me at all. In the future avoid accusing innocent customers of theft.
