This was the worst truck I’ve ever rented from U-Haul. And I rent often. The radio didn’t work. The left taillights didn’t work. There was a loud rubbing noise form the front right wheel and the tire pressure monitor was on permanently but, the tires were full. It was due for an oil change. I feel I should be given compensation and have my rental fee reimbursed.

The turn signals on the van aren’t audible and the radio doesn’t work. The van wasn’t cleaned.
kevin CHorrible experience. The clerk did not know what he was doing. I was late. I did not get a U-Haul dolly. They made me walk back and forth to the car because the instructions were not clear. Horrible
FELICIA Drear view mirror was broken and dangling and tape did not help support it. It was very dangerous to drive i had to rely on my side mirrors. The truck had left over garbage and stains from last person using it. Location was very hard to pull in and out of and parking situation is almost impossible.
JUSTIN BThe rear view mirror was hanging from the top. Very dirty. Many dents and scratches in the car too. Since you charge for insurance, I highly recommend those to be maintained.
