The location was good, but the van was pretty dirty, both on the outside and inside the storage area. The location is convenient and the people there were very friendly.

Nikita DI had rented from a location down the road and the van was not returned in time so I was sent here for a truck. It is unacceptable that there are penalties for late returned vehicles that go toward U-Haul but not favouring the people who had rented a vehicle in good faith. It was an inconvenience and an hour delay to have to go elsewhere for an already rented vehicle
ALANNA MThe staff at this location are AMAZING. I rented two vans in two weeks from them and they were so kind, helpful, and patient. The second time, I was supposed to rent from another location and they were entirely unhelpful so I cancelled and came back to this one and they were truly the best. Thank you guys so much!
