An hour late for picking up, app did not work and the truck was not prepped for overnight mobile pickup

Yekta SI had trouble with the U-Haul app; my friend said it's common. I only managed to access the truck with the help of the lady who works at that location. I'm grateful for her help.
Rodrigo ADizaneal was pleasant to deal with, but the experience was appallingly bad from a U-haul perspective. From a previous rental there was a $4 charge for extra mileage, which I received no notification about after the previous rental. The result, however, was that it took 90 minutes to check out, most of that on hold with U-haul to find out what the issue was. So, for a $4 charge my move was thrown into chaos. And to top it all off, the truck was virtually out of gas when I drove it off the lot (less than 1/8 of a tank). Extremely frustrating.
