I had trouble with the U-Haul app; my friend said it's common. I only managed to access the truck with the help of the lady who works at that location. I'm grateful for her help.

Dizaneal was pleasant to deal with, but the experience was appallingly bad from a U-haul perspective. From a previous rental there was a $4 charge for extra mileage, which I received no notification about after the previous rental. The result, however, was that it took 90 minutes to check out, most of that on hold with U-haul to find out what the issue was. So, for a $4 charge my move was thrown into chaos. And to top it all off, the truck was virtually out of gas when I drove it off the lot (less than 1/8 of a tank). Extremely frustrating.

Olawale OThe staff member was not welcoming at all. She stayed on the phone for an extended period while I was waiting to be assisted, which caused significant frustration. When I eventually asked for help regarding a concern with the truck I intended to rent, I was spoken to in a condescending manner, as if I were a child. Showing complete disregard for my scheduled appointment and the associated constraints, and threatening to cancel my reservation, reflects a clear lack of professionalism and a serious disconnect from basic customer service standards. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.
MOISE GThe trucks were parked across a busy street from the office, with no nearby pedestrian crossing. I was incorrectly charged for a low fuel level upon return, even though the fuel gauge was at the same level as when I picked up the truck. I had to contact U-Haul support, providing pictures of both the mileage and fuel gauge to resolve the issue. I do not recommend this location.
