First place we ordered from online was closed and didn’t call and cancel so we got there and called U-Haul and had to travel to another location to pick us the van. Then when we got the vehicle it was covered in snow. We had to cleaning the snow on the ground and the vehicle. We had people off the street and other strangers help but the store people did not help at all it was the worst service ever

we used this location's van about 6 months ago as well. The last time, the rear right signal light was out and the radio dash, ithey were still out this time. There were old moving blankets and so much dust/dirt in the back as well.
SHADAN HThis was the worst truck I’ve ever rented from U-Haul. And I rent often. The radio didn’t work. The left taillights didn’t work. There was a loud rubbing noise form the front right wheel and the tire pressure monitor was on permanently but, the tires were full. It was due for an oil change. I feel I should be given compensation and have my rental fee reimbursed.

kevin CHorrible experience. The clerk did not know what he was doing. I was late. I did not get a U-Haul dolly. They made me walk back and forth to the car because the instructions were not clear. Horrible
