The person who helped me in the store was great , he showed me how to drive the van , I was able to switch the truck to a van he helped me very well. Something I would like to address is that I booked initially the storage For $89.95 and was told to give my credit card information over the phone multiple times , he mentioned there were technical problems with the computer but confirmed the reservation for the Storage was booked , the main reason for book was to get the van pick up my things and bring to the unit , upon arriving to the self serve storage this was when ever when wrong. When I arrived 8:00pm I was told the storage was on the second floor. I called customer service and they confirmed that only the van was booked and that I need to pay and book again the process took almost one hour. Which caused me to be late for the van drop off for 9pm after I was given the information for the storage it was already 9:47pm , I was rushing the get the things into the storage which was stressful and exhausting for me. I received a call from the store for van drop off and was told that the time has ended , I confirmed multiple times with the store representative if the storage was booked he confirmed yes. Why was it when I got to the the storage nothing was booked. The whole process made me feel drained. However I Believe there could be a better organization for what happened. Overall if everything would have went well the service would have been great. I think this is something that just went wrong on their end .
