JANA CI BELIEVE IF YOU PROMISE YOUR CUSTOMER A CREDIT IF THEY DO SOMETHING IT SHOULD BE GIVEN. I WAS PROMISED A CREDIT FOR $35 FOR GAS BECAUSE THERE WASN'T A FULL TANK AND IF WE BROUGHT IT BACK THE SAME WAY AND WE DID AND ACTUALLY PUT A LITTLE MORE AND WE DID NOT GET OUR CREDIT. OTHER THAN THIS THE EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE.

JASSY MUpon return, the Return Truck option didn’t work, perhaps because I was told to return the truck to a different location and I overfilled the gas tank. I had to again go inside, and they said the truck wasn’t showing returned and So I had to wait for the staff to come recheck the truck before I could leave. The mobile check-in and return truck is flawed.
