The customer service at the site was excellent. I had trouble with the corporate/app pick up process. First thing was the failure to have a truck at my preferred location in NY despite advance booking. Second - it Took over an hour of calls to the 800 number for pick up until I reached a knowledgeable representative who easily solved the problem. The regional manager Mel followed up with me and offered assistance, which added to the great customer service offered by the site manager.

Had a good choice of trucks but lot not lit, lock very hard to open and check in process very lengthy.
Ellen UWasn't told there wouldn't be anyone there, had a hard time w the app took almost a hour outside freezing trying to get the lock boxes to open. Was the worst experience
