I rented a 4x8 trailer for my daughter to move things from college. She had never hooked up/driven with a trailer attached before. The north port location employee could offer no help in hooking up, the trailer was in a field with high overgrown grass and was not sitting on a flat surface. Thankfully she had a friend with her to help hook up and guide her out of the grass. She says the trailer was jumping all over the place and very unstable while driving. Once she added some weight she was able to drive it 4.5 hrs home, we unloaded and went to return at a local U-Haul dealer that we use often. I was driving the empty trailer to return and experienced the unstability and very jumpy trailer. When returning we noticed one of the tires was in such poor condition that was causing the trailer to act as such. I do not think the north port location inspected the tires or maintains equipment. Very scary to drive and very thankful my daughter made it home safely. Would not recommend the northport location.

Robert LFolks at legacy automotive were awesome but I rented a truck for 2 days and only used it for 6 hours and was charged for 2 days. I would have thought I would get an adjustment from U-Haul…Disappointing
Tom EDropped off on a Sunday nobody there instructions were somewhat vague, but got the job done
