Uhaul was muddy. I got to Arizona and took it to a car wash so I didn't turn in a dirty trailer to them. The uhaul place did not have any tools to help me out with a hitch. I had to go across the street to get help. Guy was nice but definitely needs tools to help out with hitches and or receivers ect.

SETH CThe whole process took about an hour and a half. The U-Haul website was so slow so I had to wait for the people in line before me and then my whole transaction took about 30 minutes. Super frustrating and we got on the road late. The gentleman working there was very nice and apologized for the issues even though it wasn’t his fault.
