Completely unorganized. Had to wait for an owner to show up to check it out to us and it took almost another 20 minutes for that. the other owner denied our reservation was for that day until I showed the clerk our confirmation email. The truck itself had a broken windshield and sounded horrible and the check engine light came on as soon as we had it loaded and headed to our new place.
