Uhaul corporate is relying way to much on technology and have the the custer do what staff previously did charging the same price.

I called to see if they were open. They told me they were closed and to drop the trailer off and use the app to return it. I was charged an extra day but had actually returned it a day early. After I sent in a correction it took 3-4 days to get it taken off.
JOHN MHave your trailer’s inspected before the next customer gets a trailer. Loose wheel bearings where on the trailer we rented so if the bearings go out your stuck on the highway with no spare waiting for someone to come and fix the problem.
