The night shift lady got my rental done very fast and got me on the road with great customer service. And the check in service was the best with the morning shift lady. Returned truck and got my deposit back super fast with zero issues. Highly recommend these girls and their service!

I noticed this morning in my uhaul app the incorrect trailer was marked returned. I returned the car carrier but the 6x12' trailer, which I still have, was marked returned.

Renee HBetter way to rent the truck. Most stores just use phone. It took me 45 minutes just for the uploading of my information. Also I followed the instructions once I got the email ...taking pictures and so forth. But two hours later is when I got the text to send the pictures to Yal. When I opened the link it was already expired.
