Easy to do business with. UHauls system to document the vehicle through photos that are then uploaded didn’t work no matter what I did.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI reserved a truck three weeks ago to pick up In Raton, New Mexico. One day before my move I was told that my truck is not available. I was told I would have to go to Santa Fe, New Mexico, which is 200 miles away to pick up my truck . I had to drive two hours to Santa Fe, New Mexico to pick up my truck then back to my house in Springer New Mexico to load my truck. Then I had to drive from Springer New Mexico to truth or consequences New Mexico. I turned my truck in on time and then was charged for going over the Miles. I was not given compensation for the extra fuel in the truck which was over 3/4 full when I turned it in, when I picked it up, it only had a half a tank. I am not happy with being charged extra for Miles or not giving compensation for my extra fuel in the truck . I reserved 3 weeks early, was not at my pick up town of Raton, NM!

Gizel cDeb Vance, the owner of Cactus Ranch, is always incredibly helpful! This is a great business!
Laura HThe truck was clean overall but somebody spilled something very sticky on the floor of the truck near the back so I had to clean that up before I put anything into the truck. But that was easy and quick. The agent at the store is wonderful.
