She was ready to make everything easy for us and did.
CHERI JThe truck was not full on gas when I took it off the lot. The needle was a bit off of the white F line. The U-haul rep told us the truck was full of gas, and it wasn't. We spent money on filling it up even though we just used it for 5 miles and less than one hour. The total price for the truck was not affordable.
JAVIER MI could not use the app to drop off the truck and had to wait two days for the truck to be checked in. I don't understand why the app could not recognize the location.
Carrie GDeb was professional and very nice and got me in and out quickly. Thank you.
