I reserved a truck three weeks ago to pick up In Raton, New Mexico. One day before my move I was told that my truck is not available. I was told I would have to go to Santa Fe, New Mexico, which is 200 miles away to pick up my truck . I had to drive two hours to Santa Fe, New Mexico to pick up my truck then back to my house in Springer New Mexico to load my truck. Then I had to drive from Springer New Mexico to truth or consequences New Mexico. I turned my truck in on time and then was charged for going over the Miles. I was not given compensation for the extra fuel in the truck which was over 3/4 full when I turned it in, when I picked it up, it only had a half a tank. I am not happy with being charged extra for Miles or not giving compensation for my extra fuel in the truck . I reserved 3 weeks early, was not at my pick up town of Raton, NM!

Laura HThe truck was clean overall but somebody spilled something very sticky on the floor of the truck near the back so I had to clean that up before I put anything into the truck. But that was easy and quick. The agent at the store is wonderful.
Louanne JI didn't get a full refund. They took 78.45 off my card. I only got back 54.00 an I didn't even get to use the truck cause I couldn't get to the key. I have called several times on this.NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
