The truck was clean overall but somebody spilled something very sticky on the floor of the truck near the back so I had to clean that up before I put anything into the truck. But that was easy and quick. The agent at the store is wonderful.

I didn't get a full refund. They took 78.45 off my card. I only got back 54.00 an I didn't even get to use the truck cause I couldn't get to the key. I have called several times on this.NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
