Customer service was excellent and she made the process so easy!
DENISE TThe location was fine. Took 2 hours to reserve, equipment was not available even though showing available upon booking. Tried to drop off at different location when done, couldn't without paying very high penalty. Normally good experiences renting trailers, this was a bust. This was not the agents fault, this was u hauls fault.
