I originally booked the reservation at a different location. Three minutes before that reservation was supposed to start, I got an email saying I have to pick up the van from a different location. I then went to the new location and it was not even open yet, and the person was late to show up even for their posted hours of business. The van was fine once I got it and the process to check it in was easy, which is the only saving grace for the terrible process to start the rental.
