The problem I had was the Reservation Process. I reserved the trailer in Nogales. A U Haul rep. called me and changed the trailer pickup location adding 1hour and 37 minutes to my drive.

GRETCHEN MI'm so glad I got it from this place they made it easy.
WYNDI MI drove the truck into the fence walked around to the store. There was a line, and the lady told me to hand her the key they will check it in and I will get an email. I said you arent even coming to check the truck to see if I put gas in. She said no they will come, now mind you this was at 1130 and I got the email at almost 1430. Not impressed.
