Terrible experience. made a reservation specifically to pick up a trailer early. One and a half hour later and still unable to leave. The vendor was just saying it was stuck. could not upload a license pic with 4-5 attempts. Horrible experience I needed to have the trailer at a location by 8am and did not get there until 9:20am. Staff at location pickup didn't seem to know what they were doing. They couldn't get anybody's account to "approve". There was a backlog of 3 people waiting because they couldn't figure anything out to do the rental transaction. It took excessively long to get the truck and then the equipment requested ahead of time was not there for us. This was an Appliance Dolly that I was told would be available. Many other customers there during check out of the truck and the return of the truck were all voicing common dissatisfaction about all the similar problems we were having.

CARRIE BTotally different experience than I had with the Davis Monthan location. Even though I did all the precheck through the app it took an hour to get the keys released. At first, they couldn't find them then once they did the counter person had to call someone I assume for permission though the conversation was in Hindi and I couldn't make out what they were saying. I had also reserved a dolly which wasn't provided, luckily, I stopped by another location who hooked me up with one. Lastly the truck was dead empty of gas when I picked it up <20 miles to empty. I would not utilize this location in the future.
Larry OI wouldn’t recommend U-Haul to anyone anymore because the computer system seems to not work frequently. You guys need to update your systems so you can handle your in-state, in town, and out of state rentals. You are failing and upsetting longtime customers. U-Haul is no longer the only place to rent. It would serve you to remember that.
