I was told that I would be charged $69 dollars for fuel but I left much more than I started with and was charged a full months rent for 2 days storage

How U-Haul Reviews WorkExcellent service and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend
Eric TNothing…they were awesome! I’ve used U-Haul near a dozen times over the years; this was the BEST experience I’ve ever had. The process and staff were customer focused, efficient and very warm.
victoria mI was charged for 2 days and returned the uhaul and equipment in about 12 hours. Now apparently some sort of claim has to be filed by AAA to get my refund, as they said the system was down or messed up, and I have to wait multiple days till that is supposed to occur. This should not be the case, especially when a customer returns the equipment early.
JILL RAntonia at the front desk was really helpful and knowledgeable
