Everyone I met and spoke to on the phone performed top quality service. The gentleman working during the day today answered quickly and had a great attitude. The lady in the evening was proficient checking in my truck and had me out of there in 8 minutes or less. Thank you all for turning my chaotic day into a very simple one.

It was a little confusing initially as I didn't realize there was only one person at facility (which is also a Chevron). So unfortunately he had to lock up the store every time he stepped out. Once I saw he was alone it made sense but seems like on peak days such as Saturday there would be 2 people there. The truck was clean and everything went well. Warning for future customers, I only looked at dimensions on the smallest of the box trucks and missed that it doesn't have a ramp. Would have gone up a size if I had known. It's my own fault for not reading all the way into the description,. I just assumed due to the height of the truck it came with a ramp.
