Service was sub-par, no insurance options were mentioned nor offered. Vehicle was dirty both inside and out. Dropped off at same location as pick up. Gentleman whom received the vehicle upon return was very Courteous and professional.

MARYTRINI HIt took 45 min to get the truck then I ordered and had already paid for a dolly and mattress cover and when I got there they had no idea what I was talking about. When I returned the truck on Golflinks it was Smith and a easy return.

Khalil HI filled out all my information online, and when I showed up, they couldn’t find me. After several minutes with a bunch of other customers behind me in line, they gave me the keys to a truck. I went outside and finally found the truck behind the gas station blocked in by a larger truck. I finally got them to agree to give me a different truck that was not blocked in because there was no easy way to move the larger truck with all the other vehicles in the parking lot. Then I had all sorts of issues with finishing the online check-in because it was a different truck than what was showing in the system. They fixed that after the fact, but it’s still delayed me significantly. there was also no dolly, but I was charged for it, even though he said he would take off the charge. He also mentioned giving me a discount to make up for all the delay, but that didn’t happen either. I would strongly discourage anybody from renting from this location. The truck itself was fine, even without a dolly, but the rental experience was ridiculously long and frustrating.
