I had a terrible experience. I had a reservation for 7am and the employee didn't arrive until 720 and then couldn't log into the system and had us waiting and then we ended up having to go online to even get the truck. The truck interior was very dirty, it looked like soda or some sticky substance was all over the floor of the cab and it was stinky.
Joe OUhaul system was down but Adrian went to great lengths to get my rental straightened out!
Jaye WThe truck was disgustingly dirty, no windshield wiper fluid and really dirty windshield. Took forever to check in. Had major difficulty with opening the lock to open the back of truck. Had to wait for someone to show up when returning tge truck and key
