The gal was super nice and tried. I wished I paid attention to where they wanted it for drop off cuz the lady had me go here which was WAY out of my way for dropping it off, other then that waste of time, all the other help was very nice

Similar situation here, at drop off the person behind the counter was all alone, and they had to call their supervisor on how to handle a check in return. Also being that they were the only person running the gas station and U-Haul business they were unable to physically inspect the trailer, and asked if I could handle the parking and unhooking of the trailer. Which wasn’t a big deal, but maya less experienced customer might have a difficult time. I did a prewash and interior clean, and captured photos for my records. But they could possibly use more support staff. The attendant was very kind and did their best.

Cheryl SThe original place I was supposed to drop off my rental was called Jerry’s market. This was basically a liquor store who also does U-haul rentals and in short, was not at all a place I would recommend to anyone dropping off a vehicle let alone renting one from! Besides the questionable environment, the employee did not know at all what he was doing. In fairness, he was just the clerk for the store. He then recommended that I take it to another location because he was having a hard time pulling up my account on his cell phone. When I went to the other location, I was informed I couldn’t drop it off there without being charged unless I called customer service and had the location officially changed on my account. At this point, I was luckily able to reach a U-Haul representative named Victoria and she was very helpful! Her not feeling comfortable sending me back to Jerry’s market again for the drop off, chose instead to send me to yet another location where I was finally able to drop off my vehicle. She was very apologetic and for my inconvenience she added a few extra miles to my rental so I wouldn’t be charged.
