When I called to reserve the equipment I told the lady that answered I would be there right away. This was around 9:45a. When I arrived the person at the convenience store said I wasn't to get the truck/trailer until 12. Thankfully he went ahead and got it for me but he gave me the wrong carrier. Again, thankfully, someone else that worked there saw his mistake and showed me the correct trailer. Everyone was very friendly though

The gal was super nice and tried. I wished I paid attention to where they wanted it for drop off cuz the lady had me go here which was WAY out of my way for dropping it off, other then that waste of time, all the other help was very nice
JEFFREY BSimilar situation here, at drop off the person behind the counter was all alone, and they had to call their supervisor on how to handle a check in return. Also being that they were the only person running the gas station and U-Haul business they were unable to physically inspect the trailer, and asked if I could handle the parking and unhooking of the trailer. Which wasn’t a big deal, but maya less experienced customer might have a difficult time. I did a prewash and interior clean, and captured photos for my records. But they could possibly use more support staff. The attendant was very kind and did their best.
JOSEPH AI was wondering if we could get money back from our trip, the equipment was turned in on Saturday but wasn't due till Tuesday. I sent an email the other day asking about the samething but I never heard back
CAROLYN BA one man location. We were interrupted constantly by people buying lottery tickets and gas. Then the printer stopped working and I couldn’t get a copy of the contract.
