Overall was great, truck ran very rough though, could just be my lack of experience driving large trucks

We were not supposed to pick up at this location. Our scheduled to pick up eas Green Valley and had booked well in advance but Green Valley did not have this truck available. Tried to give a larger truck, but we did not need larger as we already had more capacity than required.

Clark VThis is in a (lower income) side of town. But it good you have it there. The people I worked with in my return were very friendly and helpful! It wasn’t clean and inviting because the lot is dirt and homeless people were around.
JAMES HPickup and drop off were very quick. There was excellent customer service. I was late and rep was very patient and welcoming even when I miss understood pickup process. Experience was good. Definitely will use them and recco
