I prefer going to places with a live human being. I booked the location on Speedway Blvd. because they open at 7am. The day before pickup, I got a call that I had to go to Grant Road location because they had the truck and not Speedway. I got there at 7am and had trouble figuring out the app. Fortunately, I had the number for Speedway to the man walked me through it and I was on my way.
Kevin SThe watch dog was overbearing and too close to the gate where I needed tonget the keys. The lockbox for pickup and drop-off was not next to eachother and instead was on a pole in front. There were no clear instructions that they were separated. Also, they only gave less then a quarter tank of gas.

mitchal wWas supposed to open at 11am. I waited but no one there at 11.20am. I was able to remotely access the vehicle but no appliance dolly. Had to drive 6 miles to other UHaul location for the dolly and was charged the mileage and gas!! No apology at all when I returned the vehicle. Terrible Customer service!
