Unorganized in general. The attendant at the tore shop was very helpful but didn’t seem like he knew exactly what was going on. The day I picked up it took a while to figure out how to get the key and once I did get the key and access to the uhaul, I noticed that there was a letter lock on the back of the truck and it took a while figuring out the code. Even had to ho back to the shop. The next day, I shoe up to get the tow dolly put on the truck and there’s nobody there to help connect it. The tire shop associate helped me but without him i’m not sure I’d been able to do it. Not necessarily the best service or experience. I can see why someone in a rush and not as patient as me would be very very mad. I was also promised a $50 rebate over the phone for the hassle but have had a hard time getting info on how that’s going to happen. All in all though, the job got done so Thanks for allowing me to use your equipment!

GANGA RTruck was not totally clean. There were crumbs on the floor in the cab, mud on the side of the seat. Back of truck not swept out with mud foot prints.
BRETT BThe mobile pickup feature is horrible, doesn’t pickup location, locks at this location need to be replaced. Stood there waiting and talking to customer service for 42 minutes after pickup time.
