Upon arrival i found the shop closed & had to get the key thru ur app,which was pathetic.it wouldn't recognize the code U sent,then was told it had crashed the nite b4, but luckily the guy finally arrived & saved the day but it was 3 hrs later which was very annoying due to the app being down...
Kelly CHave someone to actually help. No one greeted us or told us where to go. There were no blocks for the trailer and it started to roll. A random customer helped us more than the actual staff.
