The owner was welcoming and provided everything in a professional manner. The vehicle was spotless. The only downside was the vehicle had a mechanical issue on the fuel tank which was fixed in a timely manner using roadside assistance.

The uhaul was dirty and no one was available to speak with. Nothing actually reads "High Caliber Coatings". A different business is located at@the address.
Joe BMy experience was propbably not usual, but when i arrived, there was no one there and no information on how to get the equipment I reserved. There was, however, a note with a cell phone number to call. With assistance from Customer Service, I was able to work through the process to get the key to the truck, but the pads I had requested were not there, and there was no one to help me. I was still charged for the pads. I was able to contact Customer Service to reverse the charge for items that I paid for but did not receive, and that is being dealt with. The truck worked fine, so I have no complaints about that. - But it would be a good idea if the truck specifications mentioned the fact that the wheel wells take up some flor space in the truck.
