The employees were really nice and helpful. It was not their fault the system for UHaul was messed up. But the truck was dirty on the inside and when driving it sounded rough (like gears grinding when you hit the gas). That sound was the entire drive. The establishment itself was dirty but it is also a mechanic shop. Overall not bad but wished the truck was clean.
