Truck was in excellent condition…. mechanically speaking. I made the cross country trip with absolutely no problems 👍 The truck cab was NOT cleaned before.

DANA RI WAITED 45 MINUTES AND HAD TO SEND SO MANY PHOTOS OF MY ID AND EVEN HAD TO TAKE A PIC HOLDING THE ID UP. WHEN I CALLED COMPLAINING THE AGENT HUNG UP ON ME . THERE WAS NOT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE BULL I HAD TO DEAL WITH AND ILL NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS GET ANYTHING FROM UHAUL AGAIN IM GOING BACK TO PENSKE BC THEYVE NEVER DONE ANY OF THAT TO ME
