It would be recommended only because it is the only one in Tullahoma. The location did not have great parking, and the exterior of the location was not clean.

Have a truck that was originally supposed to be available and one that the check engine light is not on as soon as it gets started. Also one that doesn’t quit a dozen times during the brief period that I was using it. I wanted the 10 foot truck but was told I could not get it due to the check engine light being on so I had to take the more expensive 20 foot truck instead and low and behold the check engine light was on for it the entire time. Also the website would not work for me to take the picture that was requested when picking it up so after fighting with that in the cold for a while I just gave up and went on with my move.
CHARLES WThe employees were really nice and helpful. It was not their fault the system for UHaul was messed up. But the truck was dirty on the inside and when driving it sounded rough (like gears grinding when you hit the gas). That sound was the entire drive. The establishment itself was dirty but it is also a mechanic shop. Overall not bad but wished the truck was clean.
