Your online system needs to work to reflect locations better. If not make, it all the same on how it's done at every location. Like a kiosk for punching in code get keys and return keys. Also when returning if an issue with vehicle it can be reported on kiosk. Cause I could walk up and scan code on screen through the haul app. Then it pulls everything up and verify who I am and give keys when I put code in or finger print on phone. There is so many ways to simplify this.

Jesse MI was charged a refueling fee, I called to dispute it. The phone system said it would call me back to avoid waiting on hold, but when it did call back I was put on hold for a few minutes then the call disconnected
