Worst experience ever!! You changed my pick up location without notifying me. I got no day before confirmation call that I was supposed to have. I had to take multiple Ubers across multiple cities to arrive at an extremely sketchy pick up location. When Imy pick up location without notifying me. When I called customer service. They had no idea what was going on and then hung up on me. I had set up the free month of storage with every U-Haul rental only to be told that I had to pay even when I explained I rented a U-Haul truck supposed to get a free month they said that’s not what their system says. The next time I have to move, I would rather make 42 trips back-and-forth in my car, then rent from U-Haul. And then upon dropping off my U-Haul there was another lady there that was having the worst U-Haul experience of her life. Truck breaking down, bad rotors & stranded. What is going on with your company like, get your shit together.
