Only issue was with the mobile check in a lot of delays and technical difficulties that prolonged both the pick up and drop off processes

Truck was ready when promised, easy pick up. I would recommend A1 for U-Haul rentals.
WILLIAM HDirty decrepit parking lot. Sign say they open at 8 but by 9:30 am, no one had shown up. No clear directions on where to drop off the trailer. Only a sign to not park it illegally or I’ll get a ticket. I use your company regularly and this is the worst drop off experience I have ever had.

CHARITIE GOffice course said they were open until 5 no one was there I called the number and the inbox was full. The location was small and not very clean or friendly. I had trouble with the app and returning the trailer was a nightmare until I got the app to work
