I tried using the online pick up and return. Waited one hour and a half to use online pickup ended up and had to go inside which was the whole reason to have distance . the return of the truck was just as a big of a mess as the other. The truck was supposed to be in one location per online check in. That wasn't the case. Had to go find it . the online procedure didn't work as I couldn't get my license to be approved. Horrible experience.

The truck was really old and jerked a lot, drove very rough. I’ve used this location numerous times and have never had a bad experience, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the facility itself is clean. Just didn’t have a great experience with the actual truck. We also rented an appliance dolly and it was very hard to push/pull, felt like the tires were worn down.

My mobile pick up would not come up on my phone so I had to do it at the customer service desk. She was helpful. The one thing that I was unhappy with was the fact that I ordered an appliance dolly when I ordered on-line. An hour before pick up I had called the store to verify the truck was ready for pick up. NOTHING was mentioned at that time that NO appliance DOLLY was available. When we picked up the truck they didn’t include it because they said it wasn’t available BUT they didn’t mention it at pick up time EITHER. Instead when we arrived at our moving location and opened the truck back door up then we found NO appliance dolly. We called back to the store and THEN THEY TOLD US. They didn’t have one. They only mentioned “but we didn’t charge you, we gave you a credit”. We had to drive to another U-Haul location in Broken Arrow to rent one and could only get a daily rental. We had wanted to use it to unload as well. NOT a happy customer! We have rented from this location before and that is why we returned. If they had told us when we picked it up and helped us locate a dolly instead of us driving back to our moving location then having to look around for a dolly it would have been better. Then discovering by myself after arriving back and having a crew ready to move- NOT a happy customer. They didn’t even apologize for not telling me they could only say “ but we credited you $13”

Three different groups of people; (1). (Broken Arrow Ok) The place that booked the uhaul was dismissive it felt like we were an inconvenience. (2). (51st & Hwy 169) The people we picked up the uhaul from and signed it out is a great bunch, very helpful. (3). (Bartlesville Ok Junk Shop)The place we dropped it off was very helpful and awesome. Nicer customer service. The woman that was working, was very rude and was very unprofessionable. She needs to be fired and replaced. The truck we rented was not full on gas. But we brought it back full and was not compensated for it. Brought the truck back on the same day as when it was rented and still charged for full price and more. Your advertisement lies. For $19.00 a day. They charged us for over a $100.00 plus more. If I would of known that, I would not of rented the damn thing. We got ripped off. Big time. I am turning Uhaul into the B,B,B. And putting a stop to this, lying to people and false advertising. My email address is.. cowboycolt4440@gmail.com. trust me. The B,B,B. Knows exactly who I am. I would like to have my money back. Or at least some of it.

I made a reservation for a 20 ft Uhaul and a appliance dolly. They told me I did not have a reservation for the appliance dolly and did not have any. They seemed to not care or get one from another store.

This was the cleanest and most well-maintained rental that I have received from U-Haul yet. Even though it had 53,000 miles, it was clean, had good tires, and good windshield wiper blades. As I had to drive most of my journey in the rain, this was very helpful. The inside of the vehicle was very clean and well-maintained. I really appreciate the effort put into making this vehicle clean and ready to go.

Everything was great up until the return of the U-Haul. Although we were allowed to take the truck to put gas back in it, we were never told anything about having to put gas back in it or the fees that we would acquire if we didn't.. I was told it was my responsibility to read the text message I would get before leaving with the truck. In a world that has come accustomed to the use of technology, I get it but there are still people (esp. those moving) that aren't necessarily going to prioritize a text msg that they were never even told to read before leaving..
